You MUST be NON-PROFIT to post here. Most VO talent will do some work for free, but also must make a living. However, you get what you pay for. This is an excellent opportunity for beginners to get experience.

Sunday Muse is a successful Toronto based talent and coach who specializes in teaching CHILDREN IN VO. Somehow her students end up on national kids television programs! Pick her brain here.
